Tax Accountant OpportunityWe are offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic Group Tax team within a General Accounting division. This role will provide you with the chance to expand and develop your tax and accounting skills over time. You'll work closely with the Group Accounting Services Manager and Group Tax Manager, taking on a variety of responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with New Zealand and Australian direct and indirect tax regulationsSupport the tax integration process for a new systems upgrade projectAssist with accounting and tax obligations for joint ventures across both countriesContribute to tax-related month-end group accounting tasks as neededWhat We're Looking For:A relevant tertiary qualification (ideally working towards CA/CPA)Previous experience in tax or accountingStrong relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressureConfident communication skills and attention to detailA proactive, problem-solving approach to complex tax and accounting issuesThis is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, tackling complex tax matters, and is looking to broaden their experience in multinational tax compliance, financial reporting, and corporate accounting.Ready to Join?If you have the skills and experience required, and are looking to be part of a dynamic and supportive team, we'd love to hear from you!
