Au Mahi | What You Will Do
We are seeking three dedicated Tautawhi | Administrators to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will provide high-quality administrative support to our educational programs and staff, facilitate practicum placements, and lead the development of efficient administrative procedures. Your contributions will enhance our collaborative team environment, ensuring smooth operations within the Faculty.
These are diverse roles with many aspects that change at various times during the year. They will provide new opportunities to expand as an administrator with a strong customer focus. The roles offer experience to work with potential and existing akonga | students, assisting the faculties and schools and get involved in project work, in a caring and supportive environment.
Mou | Who You Are
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven administrative experience in a tertiary education setting
Experience in administration for applicant selection processes
Organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
A collaborative mindset, demonstrating flexibility in working with teams to achieve common goals
Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
Familiarity with office software (MS Office Suite 365), Jade and UC systems
Understanding of and sensitivity to the diverse cultural backgrounds of students and staff, with a commitment to inclusivity and equity in education
