This role will have rostered work hours.
These hours will bebetween 8:30am and , Mondays to Sundays.As the Tauira Journey Coordinator for Te Ata Hapara (TAH), you will playa vital role in supporting tauira throughout their educational journey, helpingthem to overcome challenges and achieve their learning goals.
You'll providepersonalized, needs-based outreach, ensuring that tauira feel supported everystep of the way.
From following up with early withdrawals and no-shows toresponding promptly to inquiries, your role is centred around exceptionalcustomer service and building positive relationships.
You'll collaborate withinternal and external stakeholders to enhance student success, while upholdingthe values and integrity of Te Wananga o Aotearoa.All applications will be reviewed when we return to mahi from 15 January 2025.

You will also bring with you:NCEA Level3NZCertificate in Contact Centre (Level 3) or New Zealand Certificate in Business(Administration and Technology) (Level 4) is advantageousFull NewZealand Driver's License3+ yearsproven experience in listening and communication skills3+ yearsproven ability to apply initiative and common sense in a variety of situations 3+ yearsproven experience in dealing with a variety of callers, including distressedtauiraAsa kaupapa Maori organisation, your willingness to participate in culturalactivities and develop an understanding of Ahuatanga Maori (values, culture andtikanga) will be key.Tonoa i tenei ra!
