This role will have rostered work hours.
These hours will bebetween 8:30am and , Mondays to Sundays.As the Tauira Journey Coordinator for Te Ata Hapara (TAH), you will playa vital role in supporting tauira throughout their educational journey, helpingthem to overcome challenges and achieve their learning goals.
You'll providepersonalized, needs-based outreach, ensuring that tauira feel supported everystep of the way.
From following up with early withdrawals and no-shows toresponding promptly to inquiries, your role is centred around exceptionalcustomer service and building positive relationships.
You'll collaborate withinternal and external stakeholders to enhance student success, while upholdingthe values and integrity of Te Wananga o Aotearoa.All applications will be reviewed when we return to mahi from 15 January 2025.
