This role is all about building the agency's brand through meaningful interactions with candidates and placing them in standout companies. You'll be working with some of the most exciting start-ups in Wellington and across NZ, representing a specialist recruitment agency that's a step ahead in the NZ market.
The Role:
Manage relationships with candidates from first contact through to placement
Advertise roles across all major platforms
Proactively reach out to passive candidates, representing clients and job opportunities
Oversee onboarding and interview processes
Attend job briefings to fully understand client culture, fit, and branding
What You Need:
Previous experience in candidate or talent management within a tech or IT recruitment agency
Solid knowledge of technical recruitment in the IT space
Strong organizational and administrative skills
A desire to learn, grow, and work collaboratively as part of a passionate team
