Job Description The Talent & Culture Coordinator role at Novotel Queenstown is suited for individuals with strong communication and administrative skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Soft suites Handling enquiries, contracts, assisting with correspondence Social media postings, assisting with staff events and internal promotional material Offering professional, engaging and friendly service to support staff and departments Assisting with Onboarding of staff and continuing a strong & healthy work-culture.
Assist with Learning & Development scheduling and recording.
Maintaining staff records, reports, monthly stats and compliance.
Supporting the payroll process.
Effective correspondence and interaction with internal teams.
Some support required to assist Health & Safety and Environmental officer.
Qualifications Enthusiastic, driven and brings positive energy – you love to make things happen!
A natural ability to connect with people and build relationships across levels.
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
