The Role As the People and Talent Business Partner, you'll bring a balanced focus to both talent acquisition and HR generalist responsibilities. You'll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, ensuring we attract and retain top talent across our clinics. This means partnering with clinic leads to understand their people needs, crafting effective recruitment strategies, and onboarding new team members who align with our values and mission. Beyond recruitment, you'll serve as a key HR advisor, supporting a range of human resources functions. From employee relations and performance management to guiding leaders on employment law and compliance, your role will ensure our people are supported in all aspects of their journey with us. You'll also work closely with clinic leads, offering guidance, training, and upskilling to help them effectively manage their teams and handle day-to-day clinic operations. This role strikes a balance between strategic talent acquisition and hands-on HR generalist duties.
