Alongside our online services, we also have 30+ campuses in 10 locations across Australasia, ensuring widespread accessibility to education for our learners.About The RoleYou will support our Talent Specialist by providing administrative support throughout the end-to-end recruitment process.Work as an ATS champion! – System administration / Data entry / Talent Pool managementSetting up interviews and preparing interview questions.Conducting and organizing reference checks, behavior assessments, and other pre-employment checks for hiring managers.Managing contract generation process through LiveOnboard (Our ATS system).Support the Talent Specialists with volume recruitment activities. This includes reviewing and shortlisting CVs, phone screening, scheduling interviews, and completing reference checks.Candidate care! - candidate communication through the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the candidate is supported through the pre-employment phase.Coordinating volume recruitment drives, including supporting at in-person & virtual assessment centers.About YouProficient skillset with using Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and high attention to detail is critical.A basic understanding of Microsoft Excel is required.Demonstrated experience working within a similar role managing recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, scribing, pre-employment checks, assessment centers, and managing a recruitment inbox.Proven track record working within a fast-paced high-volume/bulk recruitment environment.Drive, tenacity, innovation, and a can-do attitude.Ability to accept responsibility, exercise initiative, and be resourceful and flexible in getting things done.
