When that happens, we're not only helping small business, we'll be building a stronger economy that can change the world.How You'll Make Impact:As a Talent Coordinator, you will collaborate with the recruiting team and hiring managers to offer comprehensive administrative support and coordination. We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and dynamic individual who excels at multitasking, managing shifting priorities, and adapting to evolving processes in a fast paced global setting. Ideal candidates will have exceptional attention to detail, a proactive attitude, the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations, and a visionary mindset to help us scale and grow.What You'll Do: Collaborate closely with TX and hiring teams to schedule interviews in a global environment.Update ATS with candidate updates and job postings.Provide a premium experience for all candidates and our hiring team partners.Continuously seek ways to enhance the candidate experience.Implement process improvements to increase the efficiency Maintain a high level of confidentiality with candidatesComplete new hire administrative tasks.Ensure candidates are kept informed with clear and consistent communication throughout the hiring process.Ensure new job requisitions and verify that job descriptions are accurate and complete.Assist in developing, implementing, and updating recruiting procedures and processes.Additional support to the recruiting team as needed.Success Looks Like: Smooth coordination of interview schedules, minimizing conflicts and ensuring timely interviews.Providing a seamless and positive experience for candidates, from initial contact through onboarding, reflected in candidate feedback.Strong working relationships with executive assistants, executives, hiring managers, and the recruiting team, resulting in efficient and effective hiring processes.Maintaining up-to-date and accurate candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems.Implementing improvements in the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Continue keeping candidates and hiring team members informed throughout the hiring process with timely and clear communications.
