Proficiency in proactive sourcing for technical roles using innovative recruitment tools.
Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for relationship management.
Creative recruitment marketing skills, developing effective attraction strategies.
Experience with social media and various communication channels for talent engagement.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment productivity tools.
