Talent and People Specialist - 12 Months Fixed Term New Zealand Fine Touring Group (NZFT) is a technology-enabled travel business experiencing rapid growth.

We are looking for a proactive and passionate Talent and People Specialist to join our dynamic team on a part-time, 12 months fixed term basis.
If you love working with people, have experience in a high volume administration environment, and are looking for a part-time role with flexibility, this could be the role for you!
What the role looks like: Talent: Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process including pre-screening, interviewing, and offers.
On-boarding: Coordinating all HR and business aspects of on-boarding for new joiners, including HR Inductions.
HR Administration Support: Completing HR paperwork & managing digital files in our HR system, as well as responsibility for well-being initiatives.
Office Support: General office admin, ordering supplies, event coordination and management, and ensuring common areas are tidy.
Requirements: Knowledge of HR best practice would be highly desirable.
2+ years in an administration role in a high volume working environment.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
High degree of computer literacy.
Strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude.
High level of common sense with a proactive, positive, and fun approach.
Great organizational, administration, and time management skills.

Please note: all applicants must have existing rights to work in New Zealand.
This role is 32 hours a week, with some flexibility in these hours for the right candidate.
Working hours can be split across 4 or 5 days.
