Reporting directly to the Director of Talent & Culture, you will be responsible for working closely with Heads of Departments and driving and fostering a positive work environment in our business.You will focus on Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development being the majority part of the role whilst also managing other aspects of the Talent and Culture function, which includes, but is not limited to the following tasks and responsibilities:Talent & Culture planning and quality improvementRecruitment, selection, and retentionTalent development and building organizational capabilityReward and RecognitionComplianceAnalyze and communicate Talent and Culture MetricsThis exciting role will see you juggling numerous tasks at one time and therefore you will require an exceptional ability to multitask and communicate effectively. You enjoy recruitment and the challenge of placing the right person in the right role.You are naturally people-oriented as this role requires you to liaise with a variety of different groups at varying levels within our organization. You have a passion for delivering quality customer service and regard yourself as a strategic partner.QualificationsBachelor's degree in human resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development within the hospitality industry.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Proven experience in conducting interviews, coordinating training programs, and facilitating entry-level learning sessions.Understanding of employment laws.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.A passion for people and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Additional InformationCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.A supportive and dynamic work environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
