Join Our Mission to Make Aotearoa the Healthiest Place on Earth! Are you ready to make an impact?
Tend, one of New Zealand's top-ranked companies and the only healthcare startup recognised on LinkedIn's Top Startups list, is on a mission to revolutionise healthcare.
Based in our vibrant Parnell office, you'll be part of a passionate team dedicated to transforming the way healthcare is delivered across Aotearoa.

Who We Are
Tend is Aotearoa's leading locally-owned primary healthcare GP provider.
With a perfect blend of cutting-edge technology and clinical expertise, we offer accessible, equitable, and innovative GP services both online and in our clinics.
In just four years, we've grown to nearly 500 people and we're just getting started!

What is the role?
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Tend, you'll play a critical role in shaping our team by attracting top-tier talent to power our mission.
This isn't just recruitment - it's about building relationships, fostering diversity, and creating a workforce that reflects our vision for the future of healthcare in our motu.

Here's what you'll be doing:

Take the Lead: Own the end-to-end recruitment process for non-clinical positions, ensuring we're hiring the right people. Get Creative: Use innovative sourcing methods & tools like Seek Talent Search, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals to connect with top local and international talent. Build Relationships: Connect with people across the motu and all walks of life to build a team that reflects the community we service. Drive Impact: Collaborate with our Leadership Team to deliver just-in-time hiring.
People are at the heart of what we do! Learn and Grow: Receive hands-on coaching and development from our experienced People Team while working alongside some of Aotearoa's top entrepreneurs, technologists, clinicians, and professionals. What We're Looking For
We're seeking a motivated, resourceful go-getter who's early in their career with 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or business development.
You'll thrive in this role if you're:

Passionate about connecting with people and building meaningful relationships. Outcomes-driven with a knack for finding top talent. Eager to learn and grow alongside an inspiring team that shapes how we provide care in Aotearoa. Why Join Tend?
At Tend, you'll be part of something bigger than just a job - you'll help shape the future of healthcare for generations to come.
