As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our recruitment efforts, responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best talent.
You'll develop innovative recruitment strategies, manage the full-cycle recruitment process, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure a seamless and positive hiring experience.
Dive into our operational environment to understand our needs and create tailored recruitment actions.
Provide comprehensive recruitment support, from initial briefings to making verbal offers, and oversee the entire process, including updating job descriptions, drafting adverts, screening candidates, and more.
Identify and attract candidates for hard-to-fill and critical roles through proactive sourcing initiatives, and keep up with recruitment and workforce trends to ensure we remain competitive.
Support and guide managers in embedding best recruitment practices, ensuring efficiency and a great candidate experience.
Maintain close contact with candidates, keeping them informed and managing their expectations, and effectively use our Applicant Tracking System to ensure accurate data and reporting.
What you bring to the role: A Talent Acquisition extraordinaire, you have solid experience running end to end recruitment processes while giving both hiring managers and candidates excellent experiences.
You are comfortable building and maintaining deep relationships with the business, juggling multiple priorities and thinking outside the box.
