We recognize the strategic value of having great Talent Acquisition Business Partners to help with our agencies' key product - our people and culture. This role will be supporting the Head of Talent Acquisition for Singapore and SEA and will be focused on providing best of class recruiting to key leaders in Singapore and their teams.Expectations of a Talent Acquisition PartnerInput into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individualsManage key brands within Publicis CommunicationsEnsure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mindDevise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives and Talent MappingEnsuring the ATS is updated daily to ensure an effective talent pipeline and data accuracyCreate and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experienceKeep abreast of and analyze market and sector developments to ensure personal business and specialist technical knowledge is updated and to support the provision of consultative service and market intelligence to clientsForm close relationships with hiring managers & senior stakeholders to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectationsInitiate a range of sourcing activities, such as publishing vacancies, networking and conducting referrals, to ensure a regular supply of candidates that meet client's current and future demandsDevelop and manage the recruitment process for internal clients through sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates, briefing and preparing candidates, organizing interviews and negotiating remuneration packages to ensure needs and expectations are met in a timely mannerProvide advice to key stakeholders and candidates on salary levels, benchmarks, training requirements and career progression opportunities to facilitate the recruitment processAbility to operate in a complex matrix environment, with multiple brands, diverse product lines and senior stakeholdersReview and improve recruitment methods to ensure selection techniques and recruitment programs are effectiveDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a good understanding of their current and future prioritiesMaintain regular contact and reviews with the stakeholdersComplete and update client and candidate details in administration systems to support effective management information reportingParticipate in regular meetings with the team and the manager to maximize synergies, discuss market developments, to share experience and knowledgeQualificationsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources or equivalent education/years of experience.Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience, either agency or in-houseHave a Talent Acquisition background with a track record of successfully creating and executing a cohesive, thoughtful and results-driven recruiting strategyKnowledge of Applicant Tracking SystemsProficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trendsA keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the companyExperience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methodsWorking experience and passionin the marketing and advertising/creative hiring is preferredStrong verbal and written communication skills necessary to influence, inform and guide others are essentialWorking knowledge of SEA markets is a bonus
