Our client is on the hunt for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide talent acquisition advice and support, attracting and hiring top talent for a leading global business in corporate services. The successful candidate will be a recruitment subject matter expert, working collaboratively with the HR team to attract candidates into the company. You'll also have the chance to lead national recruitment projects.What you'll do:As a Talent Acquisition Partner, your primary responsibility will be managing end-to-end recruitment across various roles. You'll write engaging job advertisements, conduct interviews, complete recruitment checks, and handle all documentation related to employment offers. Your role will also involve leading the national programme of grad recruitment. Additionally, you'll manage inductions and onboarding for new joiners. Beyond these core duties, you'll also work on selected national HR projects in line with the company's strategy. This includes supporting learning and development activities as well as diversity, inclusion, health and wellbeing initiatives.Manage end-to-end recruitmentWrite engaging job advertisements and manage job board supplier relationshipsConduct interviews, complete recruitment checks, negotiate and organise documentation for offers of employmentLead the recruitment of the graduation programmeManage inductions and onboarding for new joinersWork on selected national HR projects to support the national HR strategySupport with learning and development activitiesSupport with Diversity and Inclusion and Health and Wellbeing activities and initiativesWhat you bring:The ideal candidate for this Talent Acquisition Partner role brings proven experience in talent acquisition. You possess strong knowledge of best practice recruitment processes and have managed end-to-end recruitment for various roles. Experience in leading or assisting with setting graduate recruitment strategies is highly desirable. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills enable you to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
