Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Madison Recruitment is partnering with a well-known business to find a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 6-month temporary contract.

Key Responsibilities Set up requisitions, draft, and post job adverts.
Assist with reporting and database management.
Screen CVs, book and coordinate candidate interviews.
Facilitate background checks and manage the onboarding process.
Work closely with the Senior Consultant to ensure seamless recruitment operations.
Location: Auckland CBD Duration: 6 month temporary contract Start date: Immediate start Ideal Candidate Strong administration experience in HR or recruitment.
Familiarity with recruitment processes and risk management.
Passionate about candidate care and delivering a positive experience.
Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on process.
Experience with Snaphire or other ATS platforms is preferred.
Ability to learn new systems quickly, work proactively, and operate autonomously.
