We're focused on building and executing innovative talent solutions to help our business transform and reimagine banking for our customers.This turanga (role) will focus on recruiting across several different business divisions, so solid experience as a recruiter with demonstrated stakeholder management is key.This is a 6-month fixed term contract based in Auckland.
It is a hybrid turanga with two days where you can work flexibly.Mo te Turanga | About the turangaWe sat down with one of our Senior Managers - Talent Acquisition, and they let us know the following about the turanga.What are some of the day-to-day tasks the person in this turanga will complete?Delivering a seamless end-to-end recruitment process; acting as a trusted, credible advisor.Working with specific business areas to manage internal campaigns & think creatively about internal mobility.Delivering an exceptional candidate experience through every interaction and touchpoint.Supporting hiring managers to use self-service tools and implement best practice recruitment methods.What is the tima culture and environment like?We're a supportive, highly engaged tima, who are passionate about securing the best talent for our business whilst delivering an outstanding recruitment experience.What is the most exciting thing about this opportunity?You get to work with some exceptional colleagues both in Talent Acquisition and across the wider People & Culture tima.
