Due to continued growth of the firm, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team. In this key role you will work with SEQEL's Client Partners and Associates, collaborating with clients to research, identify and engage Senior Executives and Board Members. Leveraging outstanding interpersonal skills, project management capabilities, and research abilities, the Talent Acquisition Associate will identify and assess a wide range of executive talent.
The successful appointee may come from a variety of backgrounds. You may be early in your career, with at least three years' work experience post graduation from university. This experience will have ideally been gained in the private sector across a range of roles including junior lawyer, research associate, analyst; or within a quality mid-management recruitment firm. Alternatively, you may be mid or late stage in your career and looking to transition into Executive Search.
Whatever your background, you will be regarded highly for your tenacity, intellect, written skills, project management, confidence, work ethic, collaboration, and innate professionalism. Ultimately you will be the type of person who gets passionate about the prospect of doing whatever it takes to research, identify, engage and appoint the best talent from New Zealand and offshore for SEQEL's clients in line with our Uncompromising Search ethos.
