As a Talent Acquisition Adviser, you will provide trusted advice and expert guidance to people leaders to ensure the attraction and hiring of quality candidates as well as a quality recruitment process.
You'll support and guide the recruitment process by creating a positive and engaging experience for our stakeholders within and those looking to become a part of our organisation.
You will work in a team environment that allows you to make autonomous, well-balanced decisions - all while having a full suite of support around you and a decent amount of fun.
You'll need to engage with all our stakeholders with confidence, passion and empathy. You're a team player and will have a recruitment background and experience leading and managing the recruitment process. You know how to partner effectively and build relationships with your stakeholders to create positive and engaging experiences.
Your enquiring mind, attention to detail, creative and growth mind-set will help you deliver advice that responds to specific needs, market conditions and other challenges. If you have:
Two to three years of experience as a Recruitment Adviser (ideally in the public sector) Strong technical aptitude and strong understanding of applicant tracking systems (we use Workday) Excellent communication skills A people centric and service focused approach The ability to build strong and productive relationships with your stakeholders Experience collaborating with HR to provide excellent support to stakeholders Then we want to hear from you!
