We are seeking a 12-month fixed term Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team to support the establishment of our NZ and Australian based teams.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process and supporting our hiring managers to fill their vacancies across their new and growing teams.
Key Responsibilities: Ensuring a first-class candidate experience at all times.
Managing role advertisements and channels.
Sourcing, screening, interviewing and supporting selection of candidates.
Regular reporting on recruitment stats (time to hire/fill, vacancy count etc).
Ensuring all recruitment practices are compliant with relevant legislation (for NZ and Australia).
Providing training and support to hiring managers on interview and selection tools/techniques.
Qualifications: Relevant tertiary level qualification Minimum 3 years' experience in a recruitment focused role Strong understanding of advertising platforms across NZ & Australia would be very beneficial Good understanding of NZ (and Australian) employment laws Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Ability to prioritise tasks and adapt according to business needs Experience working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment Why Join Us?
