The Tactix are seeking to appoint a Team Operations Manager to assist and support the Head Coach in planning, implementing, and leading the Tactix team operations for the 2025 campaign. This will entail cohesive support and management with the General Manager, Head Coach, team management, and players, ultimately resulting in a successful campaign.The successful applicant will have sound management and logistics experience ideally within a sporting or aligned high-performance environment. They will have strong people management and interpersonal skills that generate mutual respect and trust and can communicate strategies, inspire, and ensure 'buy in' from the wider team.Applicants should be self-motivated, action-oriented, dynamic, and agile and be empathetic to the challenges of high-performance environments.
