Systems Release Manager

In this 3 month Fixed Term role you will be responsible for the planning, coordinating and overseeing the deployment process across our Salesforce ERP rollout.
This new Work Management Solution in Salesforce will be introducing Field Service and has pervasive API messaging with our client, which is migrating to the Mulesoft platform with Phase 1 cutover having already occurred.We are looking for someone who can come in and work alongside our Data and wider digital and build teams with full focus on all aspects required to ensure a smooth transition and go live.
You will be able to pull on your experience in similar projects, leadership and stakeholder management skills to work with the variety of teams and manage the multiple facets of activities.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Develop release plans and coordinate the activities involvedManage risks and track progressOversee Deployments and Post-Deployment SupportLead regular release planning meetingsStakeholder managementCreating and Maintaining comprehensive documentationRequirements:5+ years experience in release management, software development or a related field.Proven experience managing complex projects and coordinating multiple teamsStrong understanding of Software development lifecycle and DevOps practicesProven stakeholder managementAbility to communicate well with different audiencesExperience using release management tools and software and knowledge of scripting and automationExperience with Salesforce and/or Mulesoft preferredMeticulous attention to detailResilient to work under pressure and adapt to a fluid environmentBenefits:Flexible work options for those outside of Christchurch or Hawkes BayGreat company culture where family mattersFocused but fun team environmentEmployee Recognition programAbout the Company:Switched On Group exists to enhance environments for whanau, businesses and communities across Aotearoa.
