In this 3 month Fixed Term role, you will be responsible for the planning, coordinating and overseeing the deployment process across our Salesforce ERP rollout. This new Work Management Solution in Salesforce will be introducing Field Service and has pervasive API messaging with our client, who is migrating to the Mulesoft platform with Phase 1 cutover having already occurred.
We are looking for someone who can come in and work alongside our Data and wider digital build teams with full focus on all aspects required to ensure a smooth transition and go live. You will be able to pull on your experience in similar projects, leadership and stakeholder management skills to work with the variety of teams and manage the multiple facets of activities.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop release plans and coordinate the activities involved
Manage risks and track progress
Oversee Deployments and Post-Deployment Support
Lead regular release planning meetings
Stakeholder management
Creating and Maintaining comprehensive documentation
Requirements:
5+ years experience in release management, software development or a related field.
Proven experience managing complex projects and coordinating multiple teams
Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and DevOps practices
Proven stakeholder management
Ability to communicate well with different audiences
Experience using release management tools and software and knowledge of scripting and automation
Experience with Salesforce and/or Mulesoft preferred
Meticulous attention to detail
Resilient to work under pressure and adapt to a fluid environment
