Are you an experienced Systems Co-ordinator with an understanding of the health sector and an interest in achieving positive outcomes for our patients?
Reporting to the Feedback Central Manager at Middlemore Hospital, we are seeking a full-time Systems Co-ordinator to join our team.
The primary tasks of this role are to support Feedback Central and Clinical Governance and Quality related functions from a systems perspective as necessary.
The Feedback Central Systems Coordinator will provide training and system co-ordinator support to Feedback Central using two systems:
SafetyFirst (Incident, Feedback and Risk Register) software systems (0.5) Get Home Safe (lone workers duress system) (0.5) The role will also provide cover for other team members and will work with a range of people across the organisation, utilising sound collaborative and system administrative skills.
This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, based at Middlemore Hospital. This is a varied and autonomous role where you will provide a range of skilled systems learning support to different staff across the organisation.
A certain amount of travel will be involved, and you will require a full driver's licence. You will have excellent communication and relationship building skills, the ability to prioritise and multi-task, and be confident using a variety of IT applications.
Your exceptional training skills, computer skills, attention to detail, and your high level of initiative with a minimum of 3 years' experience in systems co-ordination/training work are essential.
