This role involves driving around Kaitaia and caring for clients in their own homes. Each Tangata will have individual care requirements, and you will support them with all elements of daily living such as:
Personal care
Food preparation
Mobility
Bowel/urinary continence care
Medication
Genuinely love working with people who need support and seeing them thrive
Be intuitive and responsive to people's feelings and needs
Be open to working alongside families to create a good life for the client

Pay rates include:
Level 0: $23.38 (No health and wellbeing equivalent qualifications)
Level 2: $24.78 (For holders of level 2 health and wellbeing qualification or equivalent)
Level 3: $26.94 (For holders of level 3 health and wellbeing qualification or equivalent)
Level 4: $29.10 (For holders of level 4 health and wellbeing qualification or equivalent)
No qualifications or experience are required for this role, as all training is provided. However, we are still very interested in hearing from experienced healthcare professionals to help with our complex clients.
