You will lead a team in supporting our people to live as independently as possible whilst also providing a safe environment where they can develop confidence, build friendships, and interact within the community.There will be a mixture of morning, afternoon, and evening shifts spanning across the week, so having the flexibility to support your team across a variety of shifts is a key part of this role.What does the role involve? | He aha te mahi a te mahiA Team Leader assists people with disabilities to live as independently as possible, as well as leading and motivating their team.
