In our community mobile services, we are committed to providing compassionate care and support to help individuals achieve their recovery and overall well-being goals.As a Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:Guiding individuals in managing their budgets effectively.Enhancing their independent daily living skills.Accompanying them to appointmentsProviding essential assistance with medication.Implementing a recovery-oriented approach in your work.Facilitating connections between individuals and their local community.Shift Includes: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 1:30pm to 10:00pmYou | MouWe are looking for people who have a genuine interest in supporting whai ora to achieve goals, develop new skills and strengthen community connections.
