The Role
The Clinical Service Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating clinical services to ensure the highest quality of client care. This is a full-time position based in Whangarei with regular travel throughout the mid and far north areas.
The ideal candidate will not only be skilled in assessing clients and completing care plans but will manage all clinical aspects relating to the client, including clinical-related training.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee daily clinical operations for clients by working with support workers to ensure smooth and efficient client care delivery.
Carry out all clinical-related training for support workers at the client's home to meet client care needs.
Manage incidents and accidents in a professional and timely manner.
Assist in the development and review of clinical policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client care and clinical operations.
Skills and Qualifications
Our successful candidate should be empathetic and understanding and have hands-on experience working with complex clients. You must also be able to meet the following criteria:
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
Ability to work cooperatively with clients, team members, and outside support services.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and able to use a computer confidently.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
