To support adults with intellectual disabilities to maximize their independence and participation in everyday life.
About the Role:
To assist and encourage residents in their daily living, at required performance standards, with a focus on maximizing each resident's participation and independence in alignment with the Enabling Good Lives Principles.
What will your responsibilities be but not limited to:
Food Preparation
Quality Improvement
Medication
Clean and Tidy Work Area
Support our people
Our ideal candidate will:
Have or be willing to obtain relevant industry qualification/s
Hold a Full Class 1 Drivers License
A Clean Criminal History
At least 3 or more years experience in the industry
Have a sense of humour

This role is permanent - Variable Hours contract.
The starting hourly rate for this role will fall between $26 and $29.10 .
