Support workers in our Auckland Community Mobile team are focused on improving the well-being of adults who experience mental health and addiction challenges in their local communities. We visit people in their homes and work in an intentional, goal-orientated way so that people can move to thrive independently of us. You could think of yourself as a well-being coach and will be managing your own caseload with the support of a Team Coach.
You will be: Goal setting and building confidenceSupporting people with budgeting and independent daily living skillsAttending appointments and advocating for peopleAssisting people to connect with their communitiesSupporting people to take medication independentlyThis is a permanent, full-time position. You will be working Tuesday - Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm & Saturday, 11:30am – 8pm, based in Ellerslie, Auckland. You | Mou
