We are looking for energetic and motivated people to support individuals in their own homes.We are looking for Support Workers to work in Glenbrook, Auckland.What does a Specialist Support Worker do?You will help our clients to achieve their goals and reach their potential through both practical and emotional support.
Responsibilities can vary, and you will follow a care plan, which may include some or all of the below:Meal preparationCommunity outings and integrationGiving medicationPersonal cares (showering, toileting, etc.
