Are you looking to make a real difference in your community? We are currently looking for empathetic and passionate Support Workers to work across our Community Services in Alexandra. We have part-time roles available and are looking for community Support Workers who can work all weekends. What does a Support Worker do? As part of a wider team, you will assist our clients to live as independently as possible, within their homes and community. You will help our clients to achieve their goals and reach their potential, through both practical and emotional support. Responsibilities can be varied and you will follow a care plan, which may include some or all of the below: Meal preparationCommunity outings and integrationGiving medicationPersonal cares (showering, toileting etc)Home management What's in it for you? You will earn between $23.38 - 29.10 per hour, depending on experience and qualification.
