Support Services Coordinator | Whangarei Brand new people centric role

About the role
We have an exciting new Support Services Coordinator role at Whangarei Park Village. The position supports the wider team and is primarily responsible for the delivery of premium hospitality services provided to Independent Residents. You will assist the Village Management team to achieve efficient and profitable operations of the village. You will also be providing a high standard of service to prospective and current Village residents.
Some of the great things you will be doing:
Be the first point of contact for Village residents and Assisted Living Services
Coordinate the Wellness Centre
Support Residents as they transition into their new home at the Village
Support the Village Leadership Team with day-to-day people and business systems administration
Assist with sales enquiries and pre and post sales processes
About you
Customer service is at the heart of everything you do, as are your inherent people skills. Other things that will support your application include:
Proven interpersonal and analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously without direct supervision.
You should also have experience working with different business/computer systems
Having previous Aged Care or Sales experience will be advantageous
