**Requirements:**
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse client groups.
- Proven negotiation skills, demonstrating the ability to manage customer expectations and deliver positive outcomes.
- Basic leadership qualities, showcasing the ability to motivate and inspire others in a remote work setting.
- Hardworking with a passion for providing outstanding customer service and a desire to exceed client expectations.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on quality and performance.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools, as well as basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
