We have an exciting opportunity for a diligent and proactive Support Officer to join our team and provide high quality assistance to our District Operations Managers in the Auckland Region. You'll take ownership of your role and act as a key administrative 'go-to' for the Operations Managers and their teams.
This role requires someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can prioritise several tasks at any one time, and is comfortable working unsupervised.
This position will be focused on:
Managing the diary scheduling, emails, and other correspondence as appropriate for multiple Operations ManagersMeeting support and taking minutesSupporting a range of processes such as finance, asset management and personnelTracking of tasks, reports, and information dueWorking with the District Leadership teams and Operations Managers across the region.Assisting the Operations Managers to meet deadlines and other requirements.We are seeking a confident and organised individual with a sense of initiative to anticipate and resolve arising issues.
