Support Officer

We are looking for a friendly and capable Support Officer to be based at our Porirua Campus.Key responsibilities:Welcoming prospective students and external and internal visitors at Reception by providing friendly and positive customer service.Escalating enquiries to Enrolment Advisors as required.Contributing to the efficient functioning of the Advising team through administrative support.Printing ID cards for students and staff.Assisting with general administrative tasks that support the Enrolment Advisors and the wider WelTec and Whitireia team.Support the Enrolment Advisors with administrative duties such as verifying IDs and follow-up emails and phone calls.To succeed in this role, you need a friendly, 'can do' attitude as no day is the same. It would be beneficial if you are used to working in a fast-paced environment and have good computer skills.
