We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Regional Operations Manager (ROM) to oversee the delivery of service excellence while growing the commercial viability of OSCAR services in the region.As Regional Operations Manager, you will support a team of 2-3 direct reports (Senior Programme Leaders) who are regionally clustered to provide day-to-day support of their programmes.This role will lead, manage, and develop programme teams in our sites across the lower North Island and the South Island and nurture effective relationships within our school communities. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with key school stakeholders (i.e., principals and school councils) to ensure the retention and overall longevity of our school partnerships.Reporting to the General Manager of Operations, you will work collaboratively with ROMs across the country to develop and execute strategies that facilitate growth and continuous improvement across our portfolio.Location of the role:Glenfield, Auckland; however, you will be managing the South Island clusters.
