You will play a crucial role in understanding supplier dynamics, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring seamless collaboration to drive mutual success.What you'll be doing:Build & Maintain Relationships: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with suppliers and service providers while adeptly navigating their expectations and challenges.Communicate & Negotiate: Use your exceptional communication and negotiating skills to secure beneficial terms, promote mutual advantages, and ensure smooth interactions with all stakeholders.Contract Management: Oversee contract management processes, ensuring compliance and addressing any issues to maintain high standards.Performance Tracking & Improvement: Manage supplier onboarding, track performance, and lead initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and quality.Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to supplier performance or logistics with a proactive approach.Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize your analytical skills to analyze data, make informed decisions, and leverage SQL for insightful reporting.EDI Expertise: Apply your technical knowledge of EDI standards such as EDIFACT and XML, and handle various document types for POs, invoices, and ASNs.Integration Knowledge: Understand APIs and middleware for seamless data integration between systems and resolve any EDI-related issues with ease.QualificationsWhat we are looking for:Proven experience in building and managing supplier relationshipsStrong communication and negotiation skillsExpertise in contract management and complianceProficiency in data analysis, particularly using SQLTechnical knowledge of EDI standards and document typesFamiliarity with APIs and middleware for data integrationProblem-solving skills with a focus on supplier performance and logisticsAdditional InformationWhat's in it for you?We offer a dynamic, supportive team environment within a business that cares about and recognises individuals while taking advantage of our company benefits such as:Career opportunities that come with a company our size!Take your birthday off - paid!Staff discounts across all of our brands!Long Service leave!26 weeks fully paid parental leave or 10 days additional leave to support your partner.Fully paid Jury ServiceLifestyle Leave - spend more time doing the things you love!
