We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Supply Chain Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment.Purpose of role:To provide strategic leadership for all supply chain functions, ensuring that supplier commitments are met while aligning with TRS's financial objectives.Key Accountabilities:BudgetingDevelop and manage the annual product budget for major suppliers in collaboration with the CFC, Sales & Marketing Manager, and National Sales Manager.Ordering CommitmentsImplement and oversee monthly inventory forecasts to ensure visibility and accuracy of ongoing inventory positions.International PurchasingHandle all international inventory purchasing to meet TRS operational needs.Brands and SuppliersFoster strong supplier relationships by ensuring timely order placements and optimal service delivery.Product DeliveryEnsure delivery lead times align with operational requirements.AdministrationNegotiate and manage all international freight agreements and contracts.Health & SafetyImplement all elements of the TRS health and safety policy, ensuring adherence to safety values and behaviors at all times.Our ideal candidate is a proactive supply chain professional with tenacity, exceptional communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
