About the Program | Mo te turanga

The Fliway Graduate Program is a 2-year accelerated career development program that will give you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the Transport & Logistics 3PL industry. This rotational program will expose you to different departments within the company, allowing you to develop a well-rounded skill set and a deep understanding of our operations. You will work alongside industry experts, receive mentorship from seasoned professionals, and contribute to real-world projects that impact our business and clients.

Responsibilities | Nga tino mahi o te turanga

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the planning and execution of Transport & Logistics operations.

Analyse data and key performance indicators to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.

Assist in managing and coordinating shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

Participate in projects related to supply chain management, inventory control, and freight forwarding.

Learn and apply customs regulations and compliance procedures for international shipments.

Engage with customers to understand their Transport & Logistics needs and provide excellent service.

Our ideal Graduate | Nga pukenga e hiahiatia ana

New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.

Based in Auckland.

Recent graduate with a tertiary qualification, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically to solve complex problems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Passion for the Transport/Logistics industry and a desire to continuously learn and grow.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
