What You Will Do
Responsibilities include, however not limited to:
Purchasing and Planning (ANZ)
Create Purchase Requisition and Orders for Inventory & non-inventory materials
Provide purchasing reporting (open orders, late deliveries, etc.), undertake communication with vendors and assist with invoice clearing
Create and maintain PIRs, source lists, initiative new material creation and update sales BOMs
Support the cycle counts/stock takes and manage warehouse and production consumables
Track and manage all purchased material and advise stakeholders on their status on a regular basis
Ensure all relevant shipping information is sent to the local clearing agent as soon as goods are shipped
Identification of short, medium- and long-term supply risks
Manage creation of new Unique Product Numbers (UIN's) in SAP through the MAHI Material Master Data team
Maintain and coordinate information related to UIN's in SAP
Population and publishing of key metrics
Act as Site Coordinator for Purchased Material Change management activities
Inventory Management (ANZ)
Ensure that product phase-outs are raised in a timely fashion with robust financial analysis and visibly tracked through to completion
Liaising with key internal stakeholders to analyse and implement optimum inventory levels and policies
Inventory of Questionable Value (IQV) is managed and risks are clearly identified per our Company's financial policies
Inventory that is at-risk of expiring prior to requirement dates is managed or replenished in a timeframe that avoids supplier or value stream interruption
Undertake inventory analysis of material holdings. This can include review of safety stock levels, days of cover, warehouse capacity, process order activities and warehouse master data review
Manage Import/export Customer Service functions.
Co-ordinating container/Airfreight arrivals & departures
Processing all export customer orders accurately and on time
Ensuring that all regulatory and customs requirements are met
Co-ordinating import/export documentation with preferred freight forwarders ensuring best delivery and cost within corporate transport contracts.
Recording and following up on all export customer complaints to a satisfactory resolution.
Communicating shipping details to the customers.
Documentation
Maintain all documentation in accordance with Company, and relevant external standards.
Act as lead for all product change management.
What You Must Have
Prior experience in Supply Chain, in a functional integrated ERP environment
Knowledge in SAP Material Master/ MRP functionality
Computer Skills: Excel, MS Office and Windows
Robust problem-solving capabilities
Demonstrated involvement and active participation in a broader team environment
Commitment to maintaining the highest standard of documentation accuracy, data housekeeping and master data management
Strong focus on quality and attention to detail
