An exciting opportunity for an experienced cleaning Supervisor with experience to match, based in the Waikato / Bay of Plenty Region. 
30hrs per week MinimumMillennium company vehicle providedLaptop and Cell phone providedFull Uniform providedPhysically fit to deliver all aspects of Commercial Cleaning including windows and carpets at times when require or flood responses.Flexibility in hours and ability to travel in the BOP and Waikato area if required, possibly over night at times by agreement We offer you competitive pay rates and excellent equipment. This is a hands-on role, you will be supervising the team, however, will need to jump-in if the need arises. Training staff, compliance and being able to complete key PPM works like window cleaning, carpet cleaning would be key tasks 
Requirements: 
Well presented and confident with staff and clientsAbility to think on your feet and be solution oriented, able to operate an android device and confident to work in our IT system for payroll and complianceEligibility to work in New Zealand - Have a valid New Zealand Work Visa, Resident Visa, or Citizenship.Have a Valid Driver's License (Full License essential)Able to travel outside the regionPass a Ministry of Justice (Criminal Conviction History) check!Good attention to detail.A reliable work ethic with great customer service and communication skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, following training and instructions.Experience as a Cleaner and Supervisor essential.      About the role:
Supervise and lead a team of cleaners in the region, ensuring adherence to cleaning schedules and quality standards.Conduct regular inspections to monitor the cleanliness of sites, addressing any deficiencies or areas needing improvement.Train and onboard new cleaning staff, providing guidance on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and equipment usage.Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines and procedures, promoting a safe working environment.Collaborate with Management and other departments to address specific cleaning needs and maintain effective communication channels.Maintain inventory and order necessary cleaning supplies and equipment, always ensuring adequate stock levels.Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, seeking resolutions and maintaining positive relationships.Click APPLY NOW!
