What you will bring to the role: You will have huge energy, intrinsic drive and resilience, and demonstrated ability in the following: Proven experience as a supervisor.
We need someone who thrives in the dynamic world of operations especially within the QSR or hospitality industry.
Your leadership style is all about coaching and developing others.
You'll bring out the best in your team, helping them reach their full potential and perform exceptionally.
No challenge is too big, and no task is too daunting.
When the going gets tough, you'll power through, leading your team with extraordinary resilience.
Your genuine love for customers will shine through in everything you do.
Ability to plan and juggle multiple priorities, where you will be involved in coordinating numerous moving pieces.
You'll be skillful, adaptable and adept at building rapport with different individuals, using persuasive communication to align everyone towards shared objectives.
