About the role:
We are on the hunt for a Supervisor to join our hardworking and passionate Hamilton team to assist with the planning, preparation, delivery and success of our projects by being the critical link between the Leading Hands and Customers on site. Work hard and have fun while doing so!
How will you spend your days?
You are passionate about achieving results. You can read site drawings and calculate equipment numbers accurately. You have the required experience in a similar role, or you may be a Leading Hand with the qualifications and readiness to step up into a Supervisor role. Either way, you will be passionate, a team player and willing to learn!

Minimum 40 hours per week

You have a great attitude, work ethic and are someone who takes pride in providing exceptional customer service every time. You lead by example in everything you do.
Skills/behaviour requirements:

Experience leading a team
Do what you say you will: deliver on promises
Honest, reliable, team player with effective time management
Great communicator: comfortable communicating at all levels internally and externally
Competent with technology: MS Office, Outlook and can easily pick up systems
Can do attitude and takes initiative
High level of attention to detail
Commitment to safety: of self and team
Ability to travel nationally as required

Preferred:

Awesome if you hold a Scaffold ticket or have proven relevant experience
