Description Based in Palmerston North, you will lead a team, along with the management and coordination of plant and equipment. You will be involved in planning, resource management, setting targets and overseeing the delivery of works across civil construction projects. This is a diverse role so you will be multi-skilled and a proven leader who is hands-on, and keen to coach and mentor your team to grow their capabilities. You will be responsible for ensuring all work is completed to the satisfaction of the customers and providing clear records and reports on activities undertaken. Come join the Higgins team.
