You'll also be responsible for – Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up Inspiring and motivatingyour team on every shift Be passionateabout doing the right thing for your colleagues and your guests Be accountablefor the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away What comes next is up to you: If you have the determination to drive your development, we'll support you to progress into an Assistant Manager role and beyond!
