Supervisor - Hampton Downs

Good old kiwi ingenuity, a great team culture and a relentless commitment to preserving New Zealand's natural beauty and resources, Enviro NZ ensure we produce the best possible outcomes for both our customers and the environment.We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team at Hampton Downs Landfill.You'll be responsible for:Overseeing the daily work activities at the tip head, refuse placement and compaction and general landfill operationsSupervising the machine operators and ground staff and ensuring customers have safe access on siteAssisting with other parts of the site such as landfill gas operations and tip head road conditionsThe ideal candidate will have:3+ years' of previous Supervisory/Foreman experience leading a team in the civil/construction, mining or forestry industries.Class 2 licence with WTR endorsements and experience operating heavy machinery especially bulldozer, excavator, dump truck.Earthmoving/quarry, waste or recycling industry experience.MS Office Excel skills is preferred.Knowledge on how to read drawings/plans.Resilience and the ability to keep calm under pressure.If you wish to apply for this position, please click apply now and submit an updated copy of your CV.
