Supermarket Duty Manager-Kerikeri

Management - Store (Retail & Consumer Products)
In the absence of Department Managers and other members of Store Management, the Duty Manager's position is to ensure the store is running efficiently and offering a consistently fresh and appealing shopping experience for all our customers. The Duty Manager is responsible for ensuring that our store's appearance, security, compliance, service levels, and productivity are maintained.
We are seeking an individual who will have a commitment to excellence, along with strong organizational and communication skills. They will also display high presentation standards, honesty, and an excellent work ethic. Candidates for the position must be reliable, flexible, and willing to work evenings and weekends as required.
The successful applicant will have the following qualifications and experience:
Current General Managers' Certificate
Current First Aid Certificate
Unit Standards 167 and 168 desirable
Clean Driver's License
Supervisory Store/Supermarket experience
Excellent command of both written and spoken English
Physically fit and able to fulfil the requirements of the role
