Sales and operations role in brand new state of the art care suites. Free health and life insurance, STI and commission! About the role: This is an exciting opportunity for a business minded individual to help shape these brand new care suites in Kerikeri. This role is operation focused, running the facility, budgets, recruitment, rostering and will involve sales of the care suite, so will suit someone with strong business acumen and sales skills. You will report in to the village manager so ideally you will be clinical, being a registered nurse coming from an aged care background but they may look to consider those with strong transferrable skills if not clinical. The role is full time, Mon-Fri. The facility opens in September but looking for someone to start asap. (Based on the amount of hours worked - up to 3 x wellness days for FT employees) Plus, an extensive list of online and in store staff discounts What you have to do: Develop and implement effective commercial strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals. Collaborate closely with the finance team to develop pricing strategies and analyse financial performance data Oversee sales and contract negotiations Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure high standards within this care team Monitor market trends and identify potential gaps Skills and Experience: You will have a solid management background in financial or commercial leadership roles, supported by relevant business qualifications or equivalent experience. Additionally, you will possess substantial clinical experience in the health sector, ideally in Aged Care, enabling you to provide confident clinical oversight to the team. To succeed in this role, you should have: Business qualifications or equivalent experience A nursing background with a current Annual Practicing Certificate-we may look at those that are not clinical Strong understanding of business financials, including budgets, pricing, revenue, and cost forecasting Strategic thinking skills to develop effective commercial strategies Effective communication and negotiation abilities to build long-standing relationships Proven experience and skills in cohesive and effective people management Exciting opportunity for a sales and operations minded individual to join a brand new facility, apply today!
