Your day will be busy and varied as you utilise your multi-tasking skills and experience to provide exceptional customer service to staff, students, and visitors.
You will be a highly experienced administrator who can confidently support multiple teams, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and respond quickly and effectively to the unexpected and unplanned while maintaining a sense of humour. You have excellent organisational and administrative skills and are competent with a range of computer programmes and systems. You can identify, implement, and improve administrative processes and document and maintain comprehensive process notes. You enjoy working with a diverse range of people and can work both independently and as part of a team. You have strong attention to detail, are a clear communicator, and you're not fazed by constant change. You will be able to demonstrate an alignment with our organisation's values and culture, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Student Operations oversees admission, enrolment, scholarships, and the Contact Centre, headed up by the Student Operations Director. You will develop and maintain excellent working relationships with the Student Operations team, along with staff in Faculties, Schools, and Central Service Units, particularly those providing administrative and student support.
